Everybody that accesses our website on which ever device will be automatically logged. The information provided will be your location, IP address and whichever cookies that you on that device. The only benefit this has for us, is to see how customers chose to interact with the website. This is just standard practice that most website platform automatically log.

  • Log files - This is a track action on the website, this collect ip addresses, locations, browsers and what service provider is connected. The website also collects information on where the customer accessed the website, for example; google, facebook etc..

When you make a purchase, we only collect the relevant information needed to complete the transaction. Your billing address, delivery address, bank account information, emails and phone numbers. We call this your 'Relevant order information' and only intended to generate the sale only!

We do share your information with a third party. We use Shopify as the platform to bring you the website. Being powered by Shopify means they also have the information detailed above. Another third party we share information with is Google Analytics.  We use Analytics to get a better understanding of the behaviour of customers who visit the site and the patterns in which they take when browsing. Just to add, we do not change our sites data collection when we see Do Not Track signals or any other software preventing us from logging you. We respect your privacy in the most professional of ways.
